Important: NestaRent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on our platform. Users must independently verify all information, including rental prices, rent-stabilization status, and property details, directly with landlords, property managers, or official NYC agencies (e.g., NYC Housing Preservation & Development).

NestaRent is not liable for any decisions, financial losses, or consequences resulting from reliance on data provided through our platform.

2. No Real Estate Brokerage Services

NestaRent is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or brokerage firm. We do not:

• Represent landlords or tenants in rental transactions
• Negotiate leases or rental agreements
• Collect commissions or fees from rental transactions
• Provide legal, financial, or tax advice

All rental transactions, negotiations, and agreements are conducted directly between users and property owners/managers. Users are encouraged to consult licensed real estate professionals or attorneys for legal advice.

3. Prohibited Use: No Automated Scraping

Automated data extraction, scraping, crawling, or harvesting of NestaRent's platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our data
• Extracting property listings, deal scores, or algorithm outputs
• Reverse-engineering our proprietary scoring algorithms
• Reselling, redistributing, or republishing NestaRent data

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and liability for damages. We employ rate limiting, IP blocking, and monitoring systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

By using NestaRent, you agree to:

• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial rental research only
• Verify all data independently before making rental decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent NestaRent data to landlords, brokers, or third parties

NestaRent offers a Premium Insider subscription for $9/month, which unlocks:

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial months.
